摘要
中國自1978年實行改革開放以來，經濟和進出口貿易在持續快速增長。但是在我國對外貿易迅速增長發展的同時，外國對中國出口產品開展反傾銷調查的案件迅速增加。但是與此同時，我國市場也在遭受著大量外國企業產品傾銷的沖擊，因此，應用合理的法律手段抵制不公平的貿易競爭已經成為中國經濟正常發展的必然趨勢。

China since 1978 practiced the reform to open, the economy and import and exports are keeping on to increase quickly.But at the time of our country foreign trade quick growth develop, the foreign country exports to China the product opens the exhibition anti-dumping inquisition of quick increment of case.But at the same time, the our country market also at suffer the impact that a great deal of foreign business enterprise product dump, therefore, the law means that applies the reasonable boycotts inevitable trend that the unfair trade competition have already become the Chinese economic normal development.
